It’s happening. And you can’t believe it. You’re losing your hair.  While there are a variety of reasons for why this might be occurring, hair loss is typically not the result of a disease or from poor diet. Most likely your hair loss is genetically-based as part of getting older.  And you’re not alone. Hair loss is very common and affects the majority of people at some point in their life.

When one thinks of hair loss (alopecia), the treatments that come to mind are surgically-implanted hair plugs or daily treatments with minoxidil (Rogaine), or finasteride (Propecia.)
